It all started in 2018, when a group of teachers and writers noticed a lack of digital resources dedicated to the in-depth learning of poetry in the Romanian language. We launched the first version of the POEP platform with a single course on classical poetry analysis. The community's response was immediate and encouraging. In 2020, we expanded our offering with interactive modules on figures of speech and creative writing workshops. A key moment was the 2022 partnership with several high schools across the country, which brought the platform into classrooms. Today, POEP.net is a vibrant space where thousands of users explore, analyze, and create verses, strengthening their skills in expression and literary understanding.
